Goodwill needs to come down off their high horse! This is getting ridiculous. Over $200 each for these little bitty tables. I don’t care where they originally came from, they are USED!!! Plus looks like the employees/ management need to stay off their phones and computers and work instead of looking every little thing up on the internet to see what it’s worth. This is supposed to be a “THRIFT” store not antique or consignment store. ATTENTION GOODWILL YOU ARE NOT AN ANTIQUE STORE NOR A CONSIGNMENT STORE SO STOP TRYING TO BE. Make goodwill a thrift store again! This is awful and goodwill should be ashamed of themselves. And stop asking me to round up especially after I’ve paid for overpriced stuff that is free to you! So rude! I don’t care what lies/ “mission” speech you make your cashiers say, I know that extra round up goes in the pockets of the big dogs. I used to work for goodwill before it went absolutely corrupt! Also know for a fact the managers take home items after hours! I’ve witnessed it so many times. ??♀️ the managers used to do this when I worked for goodwill they would price things so high so they wouldn’t sell and after a week or sometimes less they’d take them to the back to be “repriced” but they would never make it back to the floor instead they would take the items home. So sad I’m 100% sure this still happens. I know they have “cameras” but the managers have control over the tapes. ?

I've been calling around to stores asking if they have an item for my wedding next week, and every store I have called has been more than willing to take the few minutes to look for me, EXCEPT for this store. Manager here isn't very helpful and no customer service skills at all...

This store has turned into the most rude and greedy Goodwill in town. Even something as simple as a t-shirt price is an argument since they now try to define anything short of a basic, church picnic t-shirt as something more than double their standard pricing. I was actually told that a t-shirt with a paper tag is a t-shirt, but if it has a printed tag then it’s a dress shirt price. I asked about a plain Hanes white undershirt with a printed tag versus one with a paper tag and was told the printed one would be a dress shirt. Come on……

As a significant amount of people have said.. this place has very rude employees and they take items for themselves. Considering the amount of bad reviews on this particular topic you'd think action would be taken. But obviously goodwill doesn't care. There's a solid chance you'll be treated poorly by the workers and that's just how it is, according to Goodwill. (Because if they cared it wouldn't be a reoccurring complaint).

I visited this store for the first time today. What I seen and heard there today was awful. Overheard some of the employees/workers there cracking up and laughing about telling there boss manager that another employee/ coworker had a body odor "probably from working and sweating,,, Boy I hope they get reported and fired. To make jokes and laugh about something like that isn't something we need in those kind of stores. Definitely will not go back there for that reason alone. I walked out shaking my head
