If I could give this location zero stars I would. Terrible! Dressing rooms close at 7pm?!! And the store doesn’t close until 9pm!!!! Ridiculous! My mom had to buy clothes without trying them on then when the didn’t fit they wouldn’t let you return them. So I returned to exchange them and the dressing room was closed again!!!! ???? I don’t see how I’m supposed to buy any clothing. I just can’t get undressed in the middle of the store and try stuff on. It would be different it they let you get your money back but they don’t. Change your policies or leave your dressing room open until you close!

According to the "manager" different employees price and they may price things differently. I had two ice buckets. One was 2.99 and one was 5.99. And they wouldn't mark the difference. At all. Sooo.....because one employe thought, "Oh hey, I feel like this should be 2.99" and the other was like, "I FEEL like this should be 6.99." What kind of sense does that make? What they won't tell you is SOMETIMES an employee may know something is worth more if it's a particular vintage piece. At the same time, some employees are just dumb and don't know the value of anything. Thanks for my vintage pumpkin bucket for 1.99! Y'all missed the mark on that one. Goodwill, how about some consistency?

Love Goodwill love their mission the only reason why I gave it 3 star is because an employee named Nicole (just in case today's the 12th of April and the lady named Nicole was wearing a black shirt and jeans and she was older with white hair) came up to me and stated that my kid could not play with the toys to pick out one to buy. That I needed to watch her because she could get hurt. When I was actually playing with her with the toys. I am very disappointed because I have never been so disrespected in a store in my life. We weren't even making a mess.

Had a large walker in store and it did not have a tag just sticker priced on it. It would not fit in my cart so I asked them to hold item up front which they did. A lady who worked there brought it up to the man cashier. About 30 minutes later another lady had it at checkout and I went over and told her that was mine. The cashier them states, “we don’t hold items and this guy is new and didn’t know.” Please train your employees to know what’s going on.
I called to speak to the manager and got Charity who tells me, “you know the rules because you shop at brownsboro store. lol brownsboro has held many large items until I go to checkout. It seems like it would fall on a manager to train people and not expect customers to know their rules that change pending the day and store. News alert……. Not all of your stores follow the same rules. ?♀️
Charity them states, “what do you want me to do about it”. Not sure how they pick managers there but it’s up to you to train your employees, Charity. She was downright rude and blamed me for what happened in the store. She needs to take accountability as a manager or find a new career.

Worst experience at a goodwill. The cashier/ supposed manager of this establishment checked me out. She was huffing and puffing and throwing things around as she was rudely checking people out. I purchased a small children’s backpack and a little toy truck for my son. It was $15, which I knew was not the right price but in the hustle and bustle of her rushing through customers I didn’t even second guess it. I paid and went to my car and reviewed my receipt. I noticed that she had charged my for one of my items 3x’s. I immediately went back in to get my money back. She refused to refund me and said that there was nothing she could do because the refund would be under $10. It had to be over $10 to get refunded. That didn’t sit right with me. She told me I could go and find something in the store that was $10 or less and take it for free. Which made no sense to me at all. How can you over charge for an item and not be willing to give the customer the money back that was the error of the cashier? I know it wasn’t a lot of money, but it’s the concept of it. I would advise all customers to check their receipts at this location. They could be overcharging people and getting away with it which is stealing. I probably wouldn’t have caught it had my sister who was shopping with me not pointed out that $15 was double what I actually bought.I believe they could be stealing money this way and using this wrong policy to cover it up.

Cashier named Victoria is the rudest women you will meet. I had a table being held up front and she sold it to another customer before I got up to the register then denied ever seeing so called table and then said I was too pretty to buy that table anyways. Great customer service Victoria!
