Great place for any adults of all ages to get resources and help for different reasons in the community. Helps you further your education, career coaches, classes to get certain certificates, financial resources, food and shelter resources for anyone. They can help you in any area of your life that you could ever dream of! I appreciate this place so much!

The black lady checking people out is extremely rude. Talking about other customers and laughing about them. Goodwill is already on the brink of Place that you don’t wanna shop. Add rude workers and I won’t be coming back.

Hello,
I came to this city about three years ago. Started off homeless and didn't know any resources out here. Before walking to the doors of Goodwill. I was told threw a pryor homeless shelter manager, that this city have different people from different cities and countries besides the citizens originally from here. Also, he mentioned that it's a lot of different personalities and perspectives of everyone mentally on life in general. Me growing up mostly in Kansas City, I dealt with all aspects of different cultures that was in one city which is Louisville. Not saying I disagree on how they move. Just saying back then I didn't understand them. Reason why I'm here because I gained clarity on their perspectives or being in their shoes. Last few days, I felt that one of the employees giving me pressure. If it wasn't for God as of today, then I would be clueless. More of the story is that this fine African American woman from New York were telling me to get my stuff together and reach what you really want. I deeply proud to say that I appreciate everyone here in this city. Yeah I have my issues but I'm a working progress.

I dropped off a truck full of donations, like I have done for over 30 years, and was treated like a criminal by the drive-thru attendant. They insist on inspecting all donations because " we don't want items we don't want". Incredibly rude and obnoxious. I have donated to the Goodwill for the last time. I strongly encourage anyone considering a donation to Goodwill to go elsewhere. There are lots of other charities in Louisville that will appreciate your donations. Goodwill does not.

I got charged for some one else stuff that was at the junkie cash register. The cashier called the manager. I told the manager what happened and I wanted a refund. The stuff was broke up it was junk. The manager said wait. She left me at the front of the store never came back never answered the page from the cashier again. I left she was out side by donations smoking. She really showed Good Will that Sunday night.
