Had the best encounter with Keith getting me fitted for a new driver.
Keith took me back and worked me in same day after picking out what I thought I wanted, but asked if I was open to other options - ultimately I decided on something completely different after testing a few out and altering a lot of drivers for the best results.
Trouble was, the one I was hitting best was out of stock everywhere, but Keith reached out to their Callaway representative and was able to have him send one in. After much patience and a few days, my new driver, shaft, and grip were good to go, along with the custom settings meant to assist with my terrible slice that likes to make her appearance every now and again ?
I've had the driver a week now and played 3 games... it's a dream! I can't thank GHQ and Keith enough.
Shout out to Clint for the wonderful communication in between the wait time and when it was ready for pickup!
Also, to make things even more special, they honor a military discount...
I just couldn't have asked for a better experience ❤️

I’ve been here 3/4 times now and every time I come here, they get me together. My favorite golf clothes selection in town, got me entirely together when I came to get new golf shafts. They even show love to my dogs when I bring them with me

I've gotten two sets of used clubs so far. Both have been priced very fairly, and the staff is both knowledgeable and very helpful. They've been a godsend for my wife and I. As new golfers we expected to be taken advantage of, but they have been very reassuring and welcoming. Thanks Golf Headquarters!

The experience here has never disappointed. Was fitted for irons played 2/3 rounds with and just didn’t feel comfortable they gave me full credit went through a new fitting and absolutely love what i have now.

Why have a website if you don't show your products. It's all good that you show who you are and what you offer. But if you don't show the product what's the point of the website. It just don't make any sense. Show your product and the prices of your product. Otherwise your losing potential business....DUH!

This store has terrible customer service. We have driven out to the store multiple times and have been left waiting for an hour even with a fitting appointment. The most recent time, I was completely forgotten about because the guy went to lunch. On top of that they refused to do a fitting for me unless I bought the newest top line club. He was explicit about that. They refused to switch the club on the rack to a stiff shaft like I needed. Absolutely rude and little to no women’s gear or apparel.

The store is great, lots of inventory. I had a fitting here and Chesley was great. He explained everything and made sure I understood what he was saying. If you get the chance, please come visit this store. They are locally owned and fully stocked more than the big box stores.

No doubt the best inventory in Louisville. Had a terrible experience with a rude employee. Manager said all the right things but you expect better service. Do not leave that store without having written proof of what you are promised. I would have rated this 5 stars before this experience. I think they might be under new ownership. I miss the old guy!

I had more than an expected positive experience this last few days! Thank you Tim and Team Louisville for showing not just your expertise, but your overwhelming customer service ?️♂️?️♂️from three purchases in the time frame, not one time did anything falter from that experience. Can’t wait to use my new TaylorMade irons and Fairways + a rescue!!!

I love Golf Headquarters. The extensive selection and expert fitting service have noticeably improved my game. The staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in assisting customers. Plus, their prices are very reasonable given the quality and service provided.
