My daughter is single Mama and needs her car to support her family. She took it to Golds for an antifreeze leak. 1300 later they said it was fixed. Three days later leaking again. Then another alomost 600 and they said it was a different issue so it was more money. That repair lasted 8 days then more leaks. Then they said it was a different issue and it cost her another 500. They swore up and down it was fixed and safe. She was moving to Az so she needed a safe car. About 6.5 hours away from Louisville it started leaking bad and she had to stop every 150 miles or so to add antifreeze. Once in Az she took it to a mechanic and there was antifreeze spraying all over under the hood. A other repair was done to the tune of 550.00. She provided documentation to her bank to at least get the last 450.00 repair refunded from Golds and Gold’s fought it and kept her money. Do NOT take your car here. They don’t care about people just dollar signs

Brian and the team here have done a great job each time I have brought my vehicle in. They are courteous, fix any issues in a timely fashion, reasonably priced and aren't trying to pressure you into purchasing services that are unnecessary or not needed just yet. I just had a warranty issue with a part they installed a few months ago, and they replaced the part through the warranty without any issues. I highly recommend this shop.

Golde mechanics are the best. I was given a detailed explanation of my vehicle's problem and it was repaired in a timely manner at a fair price. I will trust Golde anytime I need work done on my car.
