We ordered barstools and dining table and chairs from them a few years ago. The service was wonderful and these Amisco products are indestructible. It's funny because most people only think of pool tables but they offer so much more

First of all the customer experience was awful. The room was hot as hell and humid. The showroom was dirty and the floor models were in poor condition. Won't be returning. The salesman was nice and attentive though.

Steepleton has a great selection of outdoor play sets, basketball goals, outdoor furtniture, grills, and billiard tables. Their staff is great! They are very welcoming, informative, and knowledgeable. The delivery staff and service is also top-notch. The delivery was prompt and they did a great job setting up our play set, cleaning up, and being neat. I would definitely recommend Steepleton!

Located in the St. Matthews area of Louisville off Hubbards Lane. We bought our hot tub @ Steepleton's and have had it for 3 years without a single hiccup. We purchased it in July of 2016 and got quite a deal (hot weather temps helped out). Each year I purchase my chemicals at the store and receive a 30% discount that went along with the original purchase. The experienced staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection of hot tubes, pool tables, outdoor furniture and games is great as are the prices. They frequently run advertised specials as well.

There is one thing that is above all else that will drive me away from or bring me back to a place. Customer service. It's the one thing a business can't live without. Today, sadly, we had a bad apple experience. Customer Service here = PITIFUL Walked in ready to buy a hot tub today and was barely greeted. Meanwhile the sales people milled around ignoring us. Going so far as to sit behind the counter and look at his phone and magazine. I'm disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. I guess they just didn't want our money.

We just purchased a wooden playset from Steepleton and could not have been happier with every step of the process. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The delivery and installation guys were efficient, polite, and well-spoken. They helped us determine the best spot for our playset (and helped us avoid a couple of mistakes!). We recommend this business very highly!!

It has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a pool table. Paul and Wes, who run the sales floor, were very pleasant to work with, walked me through the entire buying process and were willing to answer any question that I had. I found a table that I liked and they were willing to hold it for me while my basement was being finished. Chris and Ish delivered and set up my table in no time. They were very friendly and professional. If you're looking for a pool table or need your current one moved, recovered, and/or need your rails redone, look no further than Steepleton! Truly the level best since 1910!
