Was invited for an interview. They stated prior to the interview they had reviewed my resume and were interested based on my experience, only to find after the long drive I did not have the required experience for the position. Drove 45 minutes for a 2 minute interview. Could easily avoided wasting my time and theirs. Very upsetting. Please screen your applicants!
