I have to do my part & warn ANYONE from getting a car from here. I bought a car for $13,000 cash only for it to be a complete lemon, we had to put $6,986 in it not even a week after buying it! The shop said they can tell he cleared all codes on dash & not only that he said it came with a warranty that was fake! Here we are 9 months later & it's still messed up but we're so broke from all the other repairs that we can't afford to put any more money into it? I normally don't leave reviews but after all I've been through I figured the least I can do is save the next person from getting ripped off!!

We recently purchased a 2019 Lincoln MKC from this dealer. I know the stereotype of the dishonest used car salesman, but this place kills all that stereotype. This used car dealership is owned by Ken and his wife and is a true mom and pop establishment. They were very welcoming, there was no hard sell, they answered all of our questions, and laid out all of the information that we needed leaving us to make our own decisions. We knew that we wanted the car but it was going to take a few days to get some money moved around. I asked Ken if we needed to make a deposit to hold the car. He said there was no need to do so as he wouldn't sell the car out from underneath us before we were able to get everything together. He said he only purchases the cream of the crop used cars. He doesn't have a huge inventory but what he does have are in excellent condition. Ours look like it had almost never been driven. I highly recommend this dealership and can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with him and his wife.

Had a pretty solid and breezy process buying my vehicle. The dealership is LGBTQ friendly and generally easygoing. The car is zippy and a joy to drive. Make sure you do your due diligence ahead of time; they weren't the best informed on used EV tax credits, and their sources of information aren't the most reliable.

This is the first time I’ve felt the need to review a business. Wish I could actually review the service provided, but never heard back... I’ve reached out several times over several weeks and still haven’t received a response. I’ve been looking for a specific vehicle for a LONG time and finally found it online at Globe Auto Sales. I had a few simple questions I needed answered before making the drive out to Fern Creek to make the purchase. To this day, the vehicle is still listed on the inventory list and I still have not been contacted. Wish the car was being sold by a different dealership. Hard to trust a company that can’t communicate well.
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY — I received a response from the owner an ENTIRE MONTH after I reached out several times. The message I sent (several times) explained why I was not able to get on a phone call during their business hours at the time so apparently not only will they not reply/get back to you — they also do not read the messages you send them. All of this aside — they provided/advertised the message option and took a month to reply. The owner texted me last week and asked me to change my review which I respectfully declined to do so…. Quite a few contradictions.

Sold me a Nissan pathfinder and soon as I leave the lot check engine light came on. Told me it was the battery and gave me a different used one. Turns out it cost me over 6k for new transmission after paying 6 k for the suv!!! Bought in Jan and STILL don’t even have the plates for my car!!! Don’t shop here!!!!

Let me tell you about Ken, I was having problems purchasing a vehicle, because I had an open loan I got in a bad wreck so it was frustrating. Ken bent over backwards for me, he was straight forward honest and down to earth he helped me so much an, I got approved for the car I wanted thanks to Ken and the car runs great and his wife is a sweet heart ❤️ I will be back in the future to buy another car thanks ?

Terrible place to buy a vehicle. Expect anything you buy here to have a check engine light come on as soon as you leave. Easy to see why car salesman have a bad rep after unfortunately doing business here.

From the time we got to the lot everything went great. Ken was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. He had no problem with us taking the vehicle to our mechanic down the road during our test drive.
This was the first car my son purchased and Ken went out of his way to answer all the questions we had and help find the best financing options. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable salesman and easy transaction.
