I move these apartments often and know some people who live in them. They seem very quirky. From what I can gather the rent is pretty high and the square footage is somewhat low. You’re paying for very tall ceilings and hardwood floors with the added excitement of living in a old school mill.

Such a great place to live! I am a longtime resident of GML and absolutely love the community and amenities. The staff is so nice and truly care about their residents! It is also super pet friendly. My golden retriever loves the dog park and all of his dog friends. A great place to meet people and close to many fun places.
