Genesis diamonds is the absolute best! My engagement ring and both of our wedding bands are from Genesis and are the highest quality. We’ve never had any issues with ring durability as many other jewelers in Louisville. However, above all, the staff and owner are great. Terri in particular is so incredibly sweet and patient. I absolutely loved working with her on the selection and purchase my rings. She made the experience so positive and stress free nearly 7 years ago. This year, she also helped my brother with the purchase of his fiancé’s engagement ring and wedding band. There is no one I would trust more with such an important purchase. She’s ALWAYS helpful, insightful, and patient. It’s clear that she has our best interest always at heart! We can’t say enough about Genesis overall, especially our sweet Terri! Thank you all!

Genesis Diamonds is the only jewelry store I’ll shop with. Their quality and customer service are top-notch. Jayden and Kentus were especially helpful when I took my ring in for repairs recently. I recommend Genesis Diamonds to any friends or family in the market for fine jewelry.

Absolutely incredible experience with Genesis and especially with our amazing jeweler Angus Joseph. We came in to get another set of eyes on the beautiful engagement ring my fiancé bought for me from Genesis. Angus jumped right in to take a look at it and make sure it was even more perfect than before! Cannot express my gratitude enough for his amazing work and general kindness!

Angus Joseph the jeweler really helped us out today. My fiancé's ring was slightly crooked and he took us back right away and fixed it very quickly. He is also such a genuine and nice person. I would recommend Genesis to everyone I know.

They treat us like family and call us by name every time we walk in the door. I can't say enough good things about their staff, selection, no pressure sales and quality of jewelry. Huge shout out to Terri! We LOVE working with her. She is very knowledgeable, fun to work with, knows my taste, stays within our budget and is zero pressure. I have so much to say about the people at Genesis. Our experience with everyone at this store has been welcoming and warm. The first time we stopped in was for the Tacori trunk show in November of 2022. Gal, one of the owners, was in town from Nashville. Gal is a gem and helped my wife and I design beautiful engagement rings. The thing about Gal is that he treated us like we were everything. He provided comfort in the budget we had set. He was inclusive towards my wife and I. He shared personal stories about him and his wife. He helped us custom design our rings explaining everything about the cut, color and clarity. He gave us his personal cell phone number and provided updates on the rings. He even told us that the same master jeweler made our rings.Our next experience was more recent with Terri. Terri welcomed us and sung high praises of our beautiful engagement rings we had designed. Teri helped us pick out wedding bands taking time to explain sizing and the best options. My wife especially loved Terri because she radiated inclusivity. And a week later our rings were ready! Today we had the pleasure of working with Terri again and sweet Katie. Our rings are stunning! Katie was so kind and sweet. We can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

If I could’ve give more stars I would. Everyone that helped was so nice, but Wendie was phenomenal. I am a very anxious person and it was my very first time trying out rings so I didn’t know if they were going to be rude and see a young couple just trying on rings for fun. Everyone was so patient and thorough to make sure you understand that rings isn’t something to play around with, once you make a decision it’s that. I came in with a vision and it was WRONG. I am a round girlie for sure, you never know until you try them on. So don’t be afraid to come in and try before making a decision. We will definitely be back!
