I ORDERED CLOTHES FOR MY SON AND MYSELF. THEY SHIPPED MY PANTS WITH THE SECURITY TAG ON THEM. I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND I'M ASKED IF THERE'S A STORE CLOSE TO ME. IF THERE IS I CAN GO IN AND ASK THAT THE SECURITY TAG BE REMOVED. OR SHE CAN SEND A LABEL FOR ME TO SEND THE PANTS BACK AND I CAN BUY ANOTHER PAIR, SHE'D " GIVE THEM TO ME FOR THE PRICE THAT I'D PAID FOR THEM". AND THAT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS. HOW? THERE IS A STORE IN MY AREA. I WORK FROM 8AM TO 8PM. THEY'RE OPEN FROM 10AM TO 8PM. HOW IS YOUR MISTAKE MY MISFORTUNE? I OPTED IN FOR THE SURVEY BEFORE I SPOKE WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE. SHE WOULDN'T DISCONNECT THE CALL SO THAT I COULD TAKE THE SURVEY.

We were out shopping for summer vacation and found several items of purchase. High quality tees and shorts with many size and cool colors. I normally buy my high quality tees online but now I'll be back to the Gap from now on. Clothes for the whole family. Value customer discounts are available at purchase. Helpful service finding items and locating options of choice. I hadn't been to a Gap store in many years and now I can say they have upped their game on quality and selection. Plentiful lot parking. Easy access to and from. Highly recommended

Gap was great!! I found lots of super cotton clothing for half price. Finally a store that still carry clothing thats not made from cheap fabrics like Viscos and rayon!!

Spent 45 min shopping in here. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help. No one checked on me while I was in the dressing room going back and forth to grab different sizes. Staff was more interested in talking to one another about their weekend plans than interacting with customers.
