Mike was great and tried to help me with a return that was too old to return and I got it for Christmas. Lol! Anyway while I was waiting for him to help someone I found some cool stuff that is still great and was worth the money. Thanks for the help and it was great to see a really good selection of toys, clothes and board games at reasonable prices!

I'd love to be able to write a review about this place but they really seem to have some kind of problem with allowing customers to enter.A week ago I arrived at 6:15 to meet a sign that said closing occurs at 7:00, and a large metal locked gate and lights off.Today, at 1:30, the signage was replaced with a scrap sheet of paper with handwritten pen 'be back in a few minutes.'After a half hour, I have determined that I do not have the same definition of 'a few minutes' that GameStop does.Sorry I tried to shop here.I didn't realize my money was no good.

Suffered through deliberate incompetence by store management during high-visibility console releases over Black Friday.Employees chose to not disclose the quantity of consoles to the over 70 people waiting in line, leading to elderly and immune-compromised customers standing over an hour in freezing weather out of pure speculation they may be able to purchase a console.When prompted for details or an explanation regarding how consoles would be allocated to the line of consumers in front of them, the employees provided none. For such a high-vis and public event, this store fumbled an opportunity to impress the public, and instead represented why GameStop is a dying business.
