“I recently broke my back and purchase a sleep number bed due to ability to change firmness and warming at base of bed. I have found the zero G setting is the best for my back. My only issue is headboard is being delivered a month after mattress was. This is reason for 4 stars.”

Matt called me shortly after (I hadn’t even left a message!) and facilitated my order by phone. Very nice, very helpful. I asked him to delay shipping for a few days until I returned from a trip, which he did. Shipment arrived exactly as we planned and was beautifully packaged.
