Nearby activities: The hotel was close to the convention center and airport. Night front desk manager wasn't the friendly. However, the rest of the staff were really nice. Three days the wasn't too bad

The hotel was nice and clean. They gave us keys to a room someone was already staying in. That was very disconcerning. We went to the desk and they moved us to another room. We got to the room and the keys didn't work. Had to return to the lobby for a 3rd time. Not the best experience.

We booked for a 2 night stay, and was unable to stay the 2nd night. Expedia stated we already missed the cancellation window, but the hotel was understanding and refunded us our 2nd night. Very helpful and friendly staff
