My wife & I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Edge from Town & Country Ford. We had a great experience - staff was friendly & polite, as well as, not overbearing as some car dealerships are. We highly recommend our salesman, Bobby Thompson. Cheryl & Wayne Smallwood

Had a Maverick on order for 6 months and the dealer lost their allocation. They reached out to me 6 months later with an available Maverick and tried to add a $5000-$10000 addendum instead of honoring the initial pricing. Typical stealership.

I usually stay away from Yelp because everyone always just comes here to complain, but I figured it would help to give a positive review because they deserve it. Greg Butler is awesome. He wasn't pushy or salesy at all he walked right up to me and asked a few questions in regards to what I was looking for, then showed me options. When it was time to get the deal done, everything went smooth, and he even delivered it all the way to Cincinnati. I'm definitely buying from Greg again. It's a great experience, and I can't say enough about his hard work and great attitude. Thanks Greg I will definitely be telling friends about you.

I literally just got off the phone with whoever is operating the service department at this dealership after receiving multiple letters to bring my vehicle in to get it serviced, and they said that they don't have the tools to do the job... now correct me if I'm wrong but if you sale me a car and then prompt me, not to mention have already spoken to me and schedule a time and date to come bck after so many miles to get it serviced and then tell me " we can't do it," isn't that FALSE advertising; misleading and overall BAD business?

Dont go here. Ford in general seems to be okay with scamming their customers and taking their money, but this place in particular seems a little extra shady. My car has been in this dealership's repair shop for almost a YEAR. Since December 2021. The transmission had gone out (because apparently ford sold a bunch of faulty fiestas from 2012-2016, maybe even more) and they were supposed to replace it. I understand because of covid, car parts are hard to come by, but this has gotten ridiculous. Its taken constant hounding, calling, and unfortunately harrassing to get my vehicle back, THAT I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR WHILE I WAS UNABLE TO USE IT. I hate being the person who has to "speak to the manager" but apparently these people don't understand any other form of communication. If you have literally any other option for your vehicle besides this place, take it! Dont waste your time or your money here.

After talking to a salesman and agreeing to a price. The salesman sent me a invoice with a final cost after taxes and fees. I agreed to this price and then took off work and drove 62 miles to Louisville to pay for the car. While signing the financial paperwork tje manager Chuck Cain told me there was an additional fee of $4000 due to supply and demand. The salesman was very helpful but do not be fooled this dealership is greedy and will not honor a commitment.

Hello I'm reaching out in hopes that I can get some answers on 2014 Ford Focus that has been sitting at your service center since June. Initially it was towed in because my car wouldn't go into drive was told the transmission mechanic was out due to his wife having a baby and he was out on paternity leave. When he returned a week later I was told they were still diagnosing my car and to call back in a few days, so I did and was told itll be ready they ordered the part just have to get that part put in and id be able to pick my car up the following week. Since then after getting the run around I call at least once a week and I get told no eta on the transmission control module part and so my car has been sitting being neglected no oil ran through the engine no battery hooked up not started since June that alone will destroy a vehicle just put a brand new battery in it and im concerned ill have more issues than just the transmission once I get my car back because It has been sitting so long. I have reached out to the corporate several times with no solution. I have a business that is imperative that I have a vehicle no one has offered a loner or rental and I have spent money on car insurance since June on a vehicle that is not being driven and alot of money on ubers to get me back and forth to work. I cannot afford to keep doing this.Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
