I just bought two plants from here. They were on sale and i thought it was a good deal. So I purchased them. A snake plant and a ZZ. There were no signs of infestation to the soil from a glance. Literally as soon as i got home asat them down on my kitchen island. The next day I saw something crawling from the bottom of the soil in the grow pot they came in! I thought it was a one off and set it on the floor to clean my counter went to work, cane home saw another couple of bugs crwling from the pot. Lifted it up and there were hella bugs! The plants are on sale bc of an infestation!!! And they weren’t transparent!
I will include pictures of the bugs. But Im so disappointed. I never have had issues from other local stores with plants. Im frustrated. Im upset and im out hella money for some plants that probably aren’t salvageable. To make matters worse i dont know what kind of bugs these are but theres a lot of them. I sat the plant in a plastic bag on my deck with some diatomaceous earth at the bottom HOPING it would get rid of the bugs and save the plant. But the storm knocked over one of the plants and some of the top soil came off and too my surprise!!! The bugs are all up inside the soil like theres no way!!! Its disgusting. Leavingg a review so other buyer are aware. The plants i got were a snake and a ZZ! Beware!
I will add more photos tomorrow during the daylight of the season lants soil as well. Im just mad they are now crawling around my house. And could infect my other plants.

Beautiful shop with the sweetest owner who will tell you all you need to know about the plant of you choosing. I also noticed that it doubles as a refill store for soaps and detergents accompanied by popular sustainable products such as the bamboo dish scrubber among others. A wonderful place overall.

Such a lovely series of locations. I have been to the ones in Louisville, KY and I absolutely love them! The staff is always extra friendly and helpful. They also have a nice selection of things in stock! Love them!

Purchased a scent that I really enjoyed in the store to find out after wearing it for 3 days that it consistently gave me a headache. Tried to go into the store for some store credit/swap out/refund. Was offered a 10% store credit for my next purchase after spending $50 on the oil.

Not only are the employees super knowledgeable, but they are excited to share their knowledge and help you find the perfect plant. Yesterday was my first time in the shop, and I walked out with a gorgeous, very reasonably priced plant and planter. The shop feels warm and welcoming, and I’m excited to stop back in soon!
