My family is grateful that I hired them to provide flowers for the funeral of our beloved. I actually called them the day before and they quickly prepared the beautiful arrangement of flowers without hesitation. They even went the extra mile and delivered them to the church early before the wake and homegoing celebration began.
Our family and friends could see their care, effort, and their attention to the details. The rose petals were fresh and beautiful. The arrangement helped calm our spirits during such a difficult time. An uplifting bouquet!!!

“I would give more than 5 stars if I could to Susan’s Florist. They have been my florist for over 30 years and I have NEVER, not one time, had a bad experience. Amy and her team make the most beautiful arrangements and always know how to read exactly what I’m trying to convey. When I call now, I just tell them to do whatever they would like because I know it will be perfect.
I live out of town now, and always use Susan for all my Louisville area needs. I wish I had a florist 1/2 as good as Susan’s near me. “I ordered yellow roses on a Saturday online. I asked for them to be delivered that day, and I did not want any substitutions. An employee from Berry’s Called me about 10 minutes after I placed the order and said that they did not have any yellow roses but would have some on Monday And could I wait. I said that would be fine. I appreciate her checking very quickly about this. Also, my friend who received the flowers said they were the biggest yellow roses she had ever seen and were gorgeous. “This was my second trip to Petals. I walk with a walker so I came through Digs (which has beautiful things), they were gracious enough to widen the isles for me and I made it to Petals. The saleswoman helped me pick out a very healthy beautiful pathos and a special ceramic pot for a birthday. She wrapped it up for me and carried it out to my car. “AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! I ordered flowers from Victor Mathis and Iva went above and beyond with her service. She delivered the flowers I ordered and took a picture so I can see it’s been delivered to my friend, to celebrate my friend’s 1 year post-ops from leukemia. Unfortunately the bouquet did not have my friend’ favorite sunflowers. Although Iva made it back to the floral shop already, when I expressed my concerns regarding the missing sunflowers. “Stopped in Kroger to grab a few things and as I passed the deli I saw a sign, $5 meal deal I selected the option of 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and a dinner roll. The chicken was great, fresh and tasty, I had wedges x2 They were fresh and crispy! The dinner roll was just average This was a great place to grab some lunch! I'll be back!”
