Great choices. Staff very helpful. The prices are competitive. I was presently surprised at the variety of flooring and tile selections. They offer way more than just flooring and tile. There is lighting and fixtres as well.

Natalie M at the Preston Highway store was extremely knowledgeable! She was very personable, friendly and was helpful and answered all our questions. She also opened an account and advised us what items matched well with different looks. We picked out bathroom and laundry tile and flooring within a little over an hour! Also within 20 minutes we were asked with no pressure how can we help you 9 times! Customer service is excellent!

The store has a great porcelain selection and staff that is willing to help, guide, and price-match other distributors. I want to give a special thanks Damon, Jay, and Jacob for helping me out with my selection. My family and I will definitely will be coming back in the future.

This place is the best tile store ever. I could not believe how big the selection was and everything was in stock. The employees were super friendly and very helpful. Rare to see people who genuinely enjoy helping others.

First time shopping at Floor & Decor on Preston Hwy today. Very positive experience working with Jacob in purchasing 900' sq. of NuCORE Vinyl flooring. Very helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process with all questions answered. Great selections to choose from. Will definitely be returning in the future.

We went to the store off Preston Hwy and Alex helped us. Alex was awesome!! He really took the time to help us find flooring for two projects. We needed to match up flooring where we are having walls removed. Found something that would work. Then we picked out another floor for 3 bedrooms. Alex made sure we knew exactly what we would need. All the employees were so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend.

We recently went to Floor and Decor in Louisville KY on Preston Highway. We needed to order flooring for our home and tile for our bathrooms. Shortly after arriving we were asked if we needed help by an employee that goes by Jacob. Jacob was amazing to deal with, he was very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jacob to help anybody when at the Louisville location. Thank you again Jacob for making a stressful situation so easy and painless.

We order 75 boxes of ATHENA HICKORY WIRE-BRUSHED ENGINEERED HARDWOODin July 2024. We worked with Kevin who is and older gentleman that was very knowledgeable on wood flooring. They didn’t have the T Mold or Stair nose to match so we ordered it which took along time. Apparently the order wasn’t placed properly. A big THANK YOU to DeKaiya for following up on this order to make we received it. It was a small order, but she still tracked it so we would receive it. A thank you to Avery who was working the counter and was very helpful trying to get us answers when DeKaiya walked in and updated us.
To management Kevin, DeKaiya and Avery are top employees that go out of their way to help. They are very personable, outgoing and helpful with a smile.
