Company face SPENCER was very rude in answering my simple questions on my email, how much it would cost for first drink what if I add additional flavor or what is time line to complete project. how much I need to pay down and how much at the end of project. This God complex man flatly refuse to take my project once I start asking questions.If this is the start of customer service then what would be end. I am glade I am not going with them. There are many good companies will tell you ahead of time how much, how long it will take you to get this project done.

Great flavor development capabilities but terrible with communication. Who wants to design a flavor you can't make a product with because they won't take your order. I've messaged and called representatives there and been completely ignored. When I want to order samples it's like pulling teeth to get someone to respond via email or phone. Then when I was finally able to complete an order they did not deliver on time. I'm still trying to figure out when I will receive my order. Crickets!

I called and asked a question. The guy that answered was rude towards me. My husband called back a few days later on his way to pick up some hand sanitizer and the guy that answered was professional. Go figure. However, he told my husband something different from what I was told. Was this the same individual? No clue. However, we took our business elsewhere. Thanks.
