I Came to get lunch today I went to the counter with a soda the two women completely ignored me standing in took my soda I got two bags of pork rinds paid for it and left this is not the first time from now I'll spend my money elsewhere.

This location is an absolute joke! There is ALWAYS something wrong with the Wi-Fi, making the store and gas pumps cash-only. Plus, they seem to never restock. It's like playing Russian roulette when visiting this location.

The only five star I have ever been to that has the food sitting on the hot table but will tell you they aren’t serving until 5am! I walk up and see the gravy and the biscuits but ask for biscuits and gravy and get told no. Not to mention they will not serve you at the counter unless you yell across the store that you need help. They are all young and entitled and do not want to do anything! I stop at the store in Elizabethtown at 4:15am and breakfast is ready and they are happy to serve it to you I just have to reheat it because I work in Louisville

Need some serious customer service training. If u can't hire people that rudely tell customers their too busy to take your money then go totally automotive and just hire a security gaurd.

I want to start by saying I am a loyal five-star customer. I stop and get breakfast from there often. But lately there is a terrible selection of food for breakfast. I have voiced my opinion on it more than once and this location is the absolute worst I have ever seen which is sad because it used to be the best! I will not be going back to that store

It’s a gas station, not much else to it than that hahah, service inside was alright, they could do a little bit better job of making sure everything stays clean (floors)

Employees are not helpful. They have self checkout registers which the employees would rather have the customers use instead help the customers. The employees seem to have more important things to do instead of helping customers. Why even have employees. Maybe the company could just let the employees go and only have self checkout registers. But what do I know. This employees are just a drag on the company.

Star for the service at the front desk. Breakfast burrito was highly recommended and I can't fathom why anyone would like it. A lot of tortilla with a hash brown and a dab of ball field nacho cheese inside.
