I went in with my daughter and was told it would be 35 for my Pedi and 35 for my baby's Pedi and 75 for gelx set of nails. I was charged instead $111.44, $15.30, and $41.06 three separate charges, a total of $167.08 when it should have been $145. my nails look like they were pressed on nails and the tech made a mistake with the color when I asked for the same color as my feet. She used a different color on my hands. It is sad that they rather lose a customer for a couple bucks instead of gaining one.

I’ve been coming to this place on and off since they opened, but today has been the worst experience by far! I was a walk in client and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. I got in right away and Nara did my gel manicure and she was amazing. She was quick, professional, and very nice. When it came to mine pedicure, I was given to UNA; and that’s where the issues began. She did not talk much which is fine I’m not a big talker either we both smiled for hello to each other, and it was pleasant silence after that. The issue came when she started doing cuticle work on my toes and clipped one cuticle repeatedly, even though I was wincing in pain and told her it hurt, she kept going to the point where the cuticle started to bleed. Once it started bleeding she didn’t even mention that it happened. She just got up went to the back got some other product to put on top of it to stop the bleeding. No apology or anything! The least she could’ve said was “I’m sorry” talk unprofessional. I let her clean it because obviously she caused the issue she needs to clean it. After about five or so minutes of her, cleaning it the bleeding stops and everything seems to be OK, even though that was a little tender after that she continues onto the foot massage. She was incredibly at sloppy doing the foot massage and applying the gel. Plus when she’s putting my foot in the cure machine she’s putting way up too high to the point that my foot is literally hitting the back of the machine and not getting cured properly all. She’s not even being thorough and cleaning up around the nail so I have access polish all over my foot. Keep in mind this whole time she wants to sit and listen to Nina‘s conversation who sitting right next to her instead of doing her job well. Then when it comes to checkout, she just hands me the card reader while she’s over there playing on her phone no “thank you for coming” no “I’m sorry for the cuticle incident” nothing! She’s just playing on her phone. I will not be back to the establishment, if you go be sure you DO NOT GET UNA.

I have been 4 times and was so happy I'd found a dependable place I liked.
My last visit I got a very nice French manicure w tips done in dip powder. It was beautiful and held up very well under high demand.
I only went back today because my nails had grown so much in the last 3 weeks.
I am not happy today. She talked me out of tips even though I new better and there is a weird line running across the bed of my nail. It makes it look like they've already grown out even thou I only had them done today.

I really don’t like leaving low reviews as it affects businesses negatively but I want people to be careful going here. I should’ve read more of the reviews before I went in. I came in from out of town and needed a pedicure and they were the closest. They were nice but the lady literally kept cutting my cuticles when there was NO MORE CUTICLE to cut and continued to do so after I told her NOT TO. I was so scared I was going to get an infection. I also had to tell her not to pull my hangnail because she was about to which can cause infection. She wiped my blood away, didn’t think I’d notice, and didn’t say anything so I had to ask her to put alcohol on it and it stung. Barely put any effort into massage. Then when it was time to pay- the price jumped up from $35 to $58. A $23 charge for shellac? I’ve never seen that before. No one even mentioned it beforehand when I said I wanted to get gel. I only did one color. Seattle only charges $10 extra so I was very confused by that price considering Kentucky’s wage is way lower than WA state and then the lady STILL had the audacity to ASK FOR A TIP and manually put it in herself. I still gave one because I didn’t want to seem rude. I hope they listen to this feedback. I forgot the lady’s name but I really hope she does a better job going forward and I hope not all of the nail techs are like this there… I definitely do not think it was worth the $63 I spent for the job that was done.

bumpy sloppy lazy nails. I came in with an appointment at 4:30. I got assigned to a random technician. The technician sat me down all her prep out and then a customer walks in and said she had an appointment with her as well. Then the technician I got assigned to apologize to me and told me that she had an appointment and another technician would be available in five minutes to help me on top of all this it is my birthday and I have a time frame to get to my birthday dinner. This five minutes to wait for the next available technician turned into 20 and this technician was working on my nails and another girls nails at the same time so there was no focus and she did a sloppy job and I guess she could tell I was upset because she kept trying to make random conversation and try and make me laugh, but I was just genuinely not having it , if you take a Look at my nails they are hideous bumpy very rushed and just downright horrendous. I paid $70 for these nails that were worth $20 and maybe even some dollar tree press ons would’ve gotten me right. I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for three years and I am now ending my relationship with this place because this is genuinely just an awful job.

Sissy is awesome! Ask about her new roommate, she's adorable! Since I'm a Rocker chic, my nails are kept short during concert season when i am on tour... to play guitar.. sissy did a fabulous job on them...I had another lady do my brows, excellent!

I got a short, square full set of acrylic here that I loved at first. I was charged $75 before a tip before this set (which I thought was on the higher side for such a short and simple set) but I understand labor and supplies. It has barely been 3 weeks and the set is now very grown out, dull and one of the nails has broken off. I am very unsatisfied with this service, I feel overcharged and will probably not be returning to this salon.

I was the last one out of the place at after 9pm which i could understand because i did come a hour and a half before they closed the lady who did my feet kept curing the cuticles even while it had bleeding , very painful. Than she told me she couldn’t make them the same shape because of how she cut the nail. The lady who did my hands was told I what I was wanting done with my nails (marble & a line with diamonds) they asked me to pay . I did. she started my nails everybody else left the building shortly after. She attempted to do my marble nails 3 times and couldn’t do it , so she was about to look on YouTube so I just told her to do the nail like my toes were because it was already 9:00 and I had to leave for my bday trip asap. When I got in the car I noticed she didn’t put the clear coat on top of my left hand just the finger with the design. I really wished somebody more experienced had did my nails as I didn’t Know because this was my first time here. I was recommended by a friend whose nails are very nice when she gets them done here . But it definitely depends on the person . I really hope that they can be corrected when I come back in town as I couldn’t get the nails I wanted for my birthday!

I brought my niece in for a girls’s day and both Siss and Savannah treated her like a queen. Savannah took her photo inspiration and it looked even better than she imagined. My niece hasn’t stopped talking about it since we left. Highly recommend both!
Mine? I’m not going to put the technician on blast by name because we’ve all had bad days. I sincerely hope she’s OK and she grows from this.
But it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had because she used cuticle nippers to trim my nails. It was a bit odd as I’ve been getting mani/pedis regularly for 20+ years. I thought maybe it was her preferred method since I had requested square tops with rounded edges. My natural nails are pretty short and I brought my own polish.
When she got to my pinky nail she asked if I had polish on and I said no, just Sally Hanson’s hard as nails.
Before I knew it, she cut into my finger. Not my nail, not the quick, my finger. Deeply into my finger. It started to bleed and since I have low iron, it wouldn’t stop.
I panicked and I reached for her nippers to sever the chunk was hanging but my God it hurt.
Siss sprang into action and got me a napkin to apply pressure and then band aids.
There were no apologies. If there were owners or managers on site, they didn’t try to smooth things over. My technician said to the lady next to us “oh I went into the quick.” Why did she think it needed to be shorter? Just file the sides and you’re done.
I was not looking for any comps, but a simple “that was awful, we are so sorry” would have completely salvaged the situation. I tried to keep calm because my niece had been talking about this for weeks. I wouldn’t dare ruin it for her.
The technician then switched to fingernail clippers but my finger was still bleeding. I told her we needed to stop.
Honestly, I had no confidence going forward. She had already given me a great pedicure. I don’t understand what happened between that and the manicure.
She immediately left and we never saw her again.
Siss offered to file my nails so I didn’t walk out with jagged edges but I was so furious and honestly in shock I said no. She suggested I could request someone the next time but there will never be a next time. I have a great place I’ve frequented for 15+ years, but they don’t do the level of nail art my niece wanted.
I went to pay for my pedicure so I could pick up our takeout while Savannah finished with my niece and the front desk attendant didn’t know who they had paired me with. I wasn’t going to leave without paying like a scam artist. She went looking for people and asked them if I was their client. At this point, we had been there for over two hours. I guess no one writes anything down.
Siss, the absolute rock star, came rushing over and checked me out.
This place came so highly recommended by a few friends and the online reviews were great.
It’s been three days and the tip of my finger is still red and sore. I’ve kept antibacterial gel on it but it’s just needs time to heal.
Never again.

i've never been to louisville before and i broke two nails (painfully) as soon as i arrived. this salon caught my eye when i was out getting coffee, so i called and they were able to seat me right away for a full gel set. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! Chloe was my nail tech and she is so good at what she does. i wish i could have her do my nails at home!! the building is also really cool inside, nice accommodations and really good ventilation for anyone sensitive to fumes and chemicals. just a great salon.
