Was a pleasant experience. I usually don't enjoy going to shoe stores, but everyone was polite and friendly also willing to help. One person believe her name was Brittany was very helpful talked over the phone to see if they had the pair of shoes I was looking for she checked and found that they did she also made sure it was the right pair I was looking for. Then said she would put them back for me things she didn't necessarily have to do. Very appreciative. When I got there was greeted by other workers. Will make them my first stop next time.

The manager name "DESMOND" on Duty as of 5 pm EST 2/19/2021 is super rude, racist, and so many words I can't speak here. He discriminated me from buying Retro 3 on Saturday 2/19/2021 when they were available to public on first come first serve. I was the only Indian guy and everyone else were black (his people) and he simply said no to me even though all his people were getting pairs. This was so much racist that I thought of calling cops, and other big guys but I don't wanna ruin other employees hourly Income and store closure would affect that. I would urge District manager, and Corporate to take action against him and be clear of the policies as it should be equal to everyone. I have seen especially him favoring his people rather than others. Also, he disrespected my DAD who is a senior citizen so atleast if he had some manners he couldn't have abused my DAD.

An amazing sneaker retail store! They often have nice Jordan’s and often get recent drops. I personally purchased 2 pairs of Jordan 1 lows and 1 pair of Jordan 4s from here!
