No one would let you talk to a manger . This was not at the local office . Very rude though there was a couple that really did try to help but was told i could not be transferred or talk to supervisor or manger . Apparently they have a medical team now and can tell you what’s wrong with people . Can’t wait to end my relationship with them

They would not return phone calls so I went to their office off Hurstbourn. We can go to a grocery store or Walmart and meet people. The only person at this office said he could not meet us. He sat behind a plate glass window the whole time. We video talked on their video device in the office.

It seems clear that the investment advisors at the Louisville Center do not want to talk to clients. First, when you call, you get a national number, so you get some unknown Fidelity representative from somewhere in the US, but NOT one of the advisors at the Louisville Center. Second, if you go online and try to schedule a phone call with a Louisville advisor, you will have to wait at least a month (they have only 2 spots in the morning and 2 in the afternoon!). No one is available for an old fashioned phone call on the same day or even in the next few days. They must think that making clients wait a month for a phone call is OK. The customer service that Fidelity provides is truly suboptimal. If you are looking for an investment company, I advise you to look elsewhere!
