First workout gym/facility/family I have ever been too, were 6 months later, I am still challenged, still kicks my butt, always a new workout every time I go in, and it’s only 30 minutes!The best part is, anyone can do this, and it truly is a no judgement zone! The coaches are amazing and keep you motivated the entire time. Love FBBC.

Truly the best 30 minutes of my day, every day! I can honestly say that nothing else has had more impact on my health and fitness goals both mentally and physically than FBBC. It’s a lifestyle that is sustainable forever, not just for now! Don’t waste another day thinking about it…just show up!

I have been at Fitbody for 3 1/2 years. The workouts are a very good full body workout in 30 minutes. They also offer a nutrition program. I have done both and lost 160lbs in the time I have been there. The coaches and staff are awesome and very motivating.

I actually love coming twice a week. Only takes 40 minutes but high intensity gets my energy up for whole week. I am so shocked at 74 year olds who look and act like they're in their 50's. Exercise is the fountain of youth.

Fit Body Boot Camp has whole heartedly transformed my life! Their fun workouts, motivational community, and upbeat energy made me fall back in love with working out and prioritizing my health. The staff and friendly members all make you feel right at home and a part of the community as soon as you step foot into the doors. I’ve never felt better and enjoyed working out as much as I do now! I have been a member of Fit Body since they opened. The thing I like most is that we are like a family. I have met some friends there that we do stuff outside the gym as well. Also, as long as I have been going, it is still very challenging. The coaches work hard to make sure they continue to push us and get help us to get the results we are looking for. Can't recommend this place enough!

Exercise isn't my favorite thing to do and I was intimidated to try FCFBBC at first but I'm so glad I did! I've been a member for 18 months and have done over 100 workouts. The coaches are great and show you modifications to the exercises for all fitness levels. You leave feeling stronger, energized and glad you spent the 30 minutes working out!

I truly love my gym. I attend the 5:45am class. Everyone holds each other accountable and pushes each other to do their best. Feels like a family. The coaches are the best! I won’t change anything. Love attending.

I love this gym so much! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, the sessions are only 30 minutes, and the facility itself is immaculate. Best of all, you see results! I would absolutely recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to friends, family, and even complete strangers.
