I had items shipped here in advance of a trade show at the convention center. You need to make sure you are checked in at the convention center but the staff at FedEx were extremely helpful and professional. I needed to make a few trips to move my cases over and they were fine with that. Clean. Easy parking in front, although I don't know if the meters are monitored I got an hour just in case. Lots of last minute supplies if you forgot something.

I have never had a worse experience in a FedEx. Show up at 543. Leave at 622. One person in front of me in line. The express guy comes and picks up and leaves while I ask if he can get my packages. 2 employees at start. Line gets to 5 people and the female leaves saying too bad to a person asking her to stay….Wow.

I had some cards that needed to be cut out and Jared was very helpful! There was a mistake cutting them and he promptly called me to get the file so that he could reprint them for me. The file was too large to send, so we had to send it multiple times but he was extremely patient and willing to resolve the issue for me free of charge. Highly recommend this location and can't say enough good things about Jared!

Always had good service at this fedex store. The last time I was in it was a little more complicated, but employees were there to help me every step of the way. Usually I spend no more then 15 minutes in store. The staff is courteous, & knowledgeable, fast & reliable service, every time. I have never had any problems with service, or staff.

I was in from out of town and had to print out some paper work. Darrel helped me out and he was very knowledgeable and nice. He is a good man and because of him I had a great experience working with FedEx.
