I had excellent service from Melody last week. I had to overnight a package and had never done it before. Melody was so pleasant in walking me through the process. I actually went in thinking I would have them scan and email my documents to my colleague but after realizing the cost for that Melody suggested overnighting it for cheaper cost. She was super helpful, friendly, sweet and professional. It was not cheap but still she saved me money and met my needs. The shop is in a small strip mall and a bit difficult to get to, mostly because there is a Starbucks located there with a drive through. So as you are driving to park the cars coming from the drive through are coming at you form the other way, So be careful in the lot. Also in the parking lot are the gas pumps from Kroger so kind of a lot going on in that lot. But overall a good experience with good service.

Fed ex delivered a bed frame to me damaged. The boxes had holes in them and product was damaged. So I printed out labels to return them. Taped up both boxes really good. Covered both holes. But fed ex drop off wouldn't take them. Said I'd have to buy new boxes. Which would Cost almost $40. I of course got pissed and let the store. Why should I have to pay anything? They damaged the boxes and product. Idk what I'm gonna do now Smdh. Besides never use fed ex again. And spread The word. Ps: plus the guy didn't help me carry my big heavy boxes to car or hold door for Me. Guess he was worried about what he was going to eat next.

Just dropped in to return something that was addressed to my work but wasn't addressed to our actual company. I have a huge pet peeve about clerks not saying hi when you walk in. This person ignored me for about five minutes. It's simple courtesy, even if you're busy, you say, " Hi, I'll be with you in a few minutes." That's not hard is it? In this case if they'd asked what I needed they could have grabbed the package because there was no reason for me to stay at all. But no........ I waited only to be sent on my way quickly.
