Had tried to mail an envelope through UPS. It was "damaged in shipping". This FedEx location delivered a substitute mailing, a day earlier than promised. Meanwhile, UPS has been reviewing my claim since Dec. 1st. The people where so professional & informative at FedEx. I AM A FEDEX CUSTOMER now for life.
