It's a nice place, Customer service was good didn't have the ability to scan a barcode from my phone To generate a Barcode for my package But if you can send him the barcode from your phone in the form of an email he can generate a barcode for your package.

Convenient hours, very clean and organized store. Staff is helpful for straightforward and complex mailing requests. Have used for printing, sending, and misc. office supplies and it has good variety albeit a bit pricey.

I'd like to start by saying that this review is solely in regard to the woman working the service counter. I've been in a couple of times now and the way that she speaks to customers is awfully rude and unprofessional. I could empathize if customers were being rude towards her, but that wasn't the case either time I stopped in. She definitely left a few people with their eyebrows raised, including mine.

I've now used this FedEx locations a few times, and I've found the service to be speedy and friendly each time. Most of my visits have involved sending items for work. I've appreciated that the clerks I've interacted with have known how to help me when I've talked to them and have even offered extra tape when my packages have needed it. This store is light on "office" needs, though. I've stopped there to try and find foamboard and other office-like needs in the past but have come away empty handed, venturing onto Staples down the road. But if you're sending something, this is definitely a place to try.

This is an awesome Fed Ex! All the staff was extremely professional and helpful. I had to return a package and it barely took any time even with a line. They knew exactly what I needed. They also do printing for businesses! Definitely check it out!
