They are usually open when they are supposed to be so that’s something I guess. It did smell like someone used the last register as a urinal the other day when I went in. When I can I go to the one in Mid City Mall as it’s clean and well lit.

A couple of their aisles needed swept but other than that it was pretty clean inside. Employees are very friendly. Good place to go to save money. Nice convenient location also.

Barely able to keep doors open and now they are asking AGAIN to get licensed to sell alcohol… within yards of a liquor store and a drug store that sells all alcohols too. Stale old products. Rats. Supply issues. Fifth. Houseless hang out front and inside. Staffing issues with irregular hours. Trashy outside that they contribute to and don’t clean up. A middle schooler could run a better business. Our neighborhood deserves better.

I just moved within walking distance to this Family Dollar on Eastern Parkway. Immediately as I enter the store I was greeted with a very welcome hello AND how are you from the young gentleman at the register. After finding my items easily, I was treated very wonderful at checkout as well by the same young man. I also met a very kind couple behind me who completely made my day. This whole experience today made me feel that when your day is the worst, hugs and kindness go a long way. I will return to this store often!!

The store is often not open during business hours. You can never plan to go and get something because it may be closed and you have to go to another place anyway. Hardly makes it worth going
