Marcus was amazing! He got us an amazing deal and answered every step along the way. We were able to close quickly and I can’t stress enough how happy we were with the deal Marcus got us. Every step was explained thoroughly and helped make the process a lot easier. Would definitely recommend!

I dealt with this company when I signed a contract to purchase a house from Arbor homes. At the beginning they were fine and start to give me the closing costs. I noticed the closing costs was very high which was around $72000, after taking off $2500 credits from the seller, I tried first to ask why the high closing costs but couldn’t lower it. Then things started to go bad when I used my bank to get the loan, the closing cost was around $63000, they started the quest to convince me it’s different loan, and they used my realtor to try to twist my arm to accept, then finally they accepted to match my bank closing estimate, with this offer they didn’t even give the seller credit! When insisted in going with my bank they delay the closing and instigate the seller to charge me $150 each day delay moreover they charge me the appraisal fee. In short they will give you the highest estimate if you are not careful.

If you are looking for a great lending company I would 100% recommend Fairway and Jay Melgar.My experience with them was wonderful. Everything was clear and easy to go through.Just enough communication. Not too much that it was overwhelming and not too little that it left you in limbo.
