I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL EMPLOYEE KELSI . I want to start by saying I love Fabletics and have been a VIP for years. I went in with my partner who had cancelled her VIP but had a few member credits left. Before shopping we went to an associate who very friendly and helpful I wish I had her name who confirmed with us that yes we had 3 credits to spend. My partner liked a pair of pants. We asked her if the credit could be used for that. She hesitated and said let me check I am not sure. But then after looking it up with her account she said they could be covered. We were delighted. After trying on, we were ready to checkout. But checkout was with a different employee named Kelsi. Kelsi scanned the pants and said, “sorry these can’t be covered with the VIP credit because they are $109.99 and her cancelled VIP credits only cover items $99 and under”. To which I then said in a very kind way, “oh your other employee scanned them and said we…” she rudely cuts me off and says “she probably didn’t know she wasn’t a VIP anymore” to which I then say “your employee scanned it with her information….” She cuts me off AGAIN and says “sorry there’s nothing I can do.” My partner isn’t one to make a fuss so I didn’t say anything after. But the employee was rude and unaccommodating. I wasn’t escalating the situation and was just trying to explain what happened and she cut me off. Did not apologize if this was the other employees mistake and talked down to us. I really never want to go back to this store and would rather utilize fabletics online.

The staff was attentive and helpful. Great clothing. However, I was surprised to find out they charge a 6.25% Tariff fee on top of the 6% Kentucky sales tax. I’ve never seen this anywhere else. Ask for your receipt and see for yourself. They should just be upfront with their pricing and not add on hidden fees. Sorry but I won’t be back.

Zero stars. We were the only customers yet the 2 workers did not acknowledge us. I had to interrupt them to ask a question, and then they were so rude. I walked right out.

LOVE THESE CLOTHES! Fabletics is the BEST deal by far! Been a VIP member for years and this gear the the best bang for my buck. Always a shopper of Oxmoor Center. The store is clean, staff is friendly and I always get the cutest workout clothes.

I am a huge fan of Fabletics and have been wearing their workout sets for a few years. I was thrilled when they opened a store in Oxmoor Mall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you have been hesitating trying Fabletics- go to the store and try on their leggings. My favorite are the high rise Oasis 7/8 length. They are soft with just enough compression to not slip when running. Buying an outfit (leggings/sports bra) is a much better deal usually than just buying one thing. If you are a new customer, you can sign up for VIP and get 2 pair of leggings for $24. Just do it!

I have loved Fabletics and been a VIP member for many years, so when I got the invitation for the Grand Opening event I was excited to check it out! The quality of the clothing is exceptional and it was nice to be able to feel the different fabrics in store as opposed to just shopping online. There was a nice selection of both men and women's apparel available. The store was busy, but that was to be expected on opening day! The staff were all very helpful and friendly... I was impressed with their great attitude and service. Can't wait to come back!

I've been wanting to try Fabletics for some time now but ordering workout clothes online just didn't seem appealing to me. I've gained some weight and wasn't sure what sizes would work best. I had planned to workout during my work trip but realized I forgot to pack my workout clothes, so I was happy to see a Fabletics location only 20 mins away from my hotel. I was assisted by Camille right away. She answered my questions about the VIP membership and she let me know I can use my membership credits to shop in store. I tried on a few leggings and sports bras and was blown away by the quality of the fabric. Everything was so soft and thick. I'm glad I was able to try items on because I totally would have ordered incorrect sizing online. Camille scanned everything into this In Dressing room tablet which allowed me to request different sizes and/or colors to try on. Once I was finished in the dressing room, I was able to sign up for the VIP membership via my phone while Camille used a mobile device to ring me up. I'm very impressed with my workout haul ( the items quality, style and vibrant colors). And Camille was amazing at explaining the membership benefits, discounted pricing for purchasing an outfit, the ordering app and Fabletics Fit app for workouts. I've already completed a meditation! The fitness/wellness app is amazing and a nice free benefit to the VIP membership. I look forward to shopping here again soon!

I recently realized we had a store from Fabletics store in our city. My gym partnered with Fabletics to host a free Workout class, including breakfast with Prepping with Peppers. Marie from crunch was amazing, Amber from prepping with peppers made a protein packed breakfast, and Giselle, what a wonderful hostess. I believe she is the store manager and this woman is a walking Fabletics model. She was helpful, made recommendations, shared so much about the brand and products. I signed up for a membership and cannot wait to attend future events. I have never tried these workout clothes but they are amazing. Super compression in leggings, yes, I need that. And shirts have such a cute fit. I'm ready to go back and see what else I can add to my wardrobe. Giselle, you are such an ambassador and made my visit incredible. And yes, I left with 5 leggings, 3 tops and a bag.
