So many unique and original ideas for gifts or for yourself. Quality items and several brands you would normally only find in Europe. The owners are very friendly and helpful. A gem in Louisville worth checking.

An absolute pleasure shopping and speaking to the owners. We loved all of the furniture and fun things they had. Very knowledgeable and can tell you everything about the products in their shop. We got a horseshoe and I got a perfume set. As we were leaving we got a lot of great recommendations for things to do and cool places to check out, we loved Mussel & Burger. Thank you!

When I stumbled upon European Splendor, I wasn't sure if ordering from a small, relatively unknown store would be a good idea. It was much, much more than a good idea - it was a great idea!I ordered 6 bars of French soap. I expected them to be tosse dinto a shipping box and sent along to me - which would have been just fine. But instead, they arrived very carefully and beautifully wrapped (individually) in paper, with padding in between in a nice gift box tied up with decorative ribbon. All I can say is "WOW!" I never expected such careful and thoughtful packaging - especially from a store that has such outstanding prices.From now on, I know where I'll be shopping for my French soap - as well as for other items ES has to offer. This is a first class establishment all the way!

I have found so many treasures here, pieces I haven’t seen anywhere else. Everything is gorgeous and the owner’s eye for buying is impeccable. The only dilemma is selecting among so many wonderful things!

I purchased a beautiful hutch from European Splendor and cannot begin to say enough good things about the product and the customer service. I live in North Carolina and had spotted this piece on the internet. It was exactly what I had been looking for. I have never purchased anything like this over the internet before and was very nervous. I contacted Matt, the owner, and he guided me through every process. He even gave me very detailed information about the piece, including some of the natural blemishes. He then sent me pictures and once I was satisfied, he helped me research all of my shipping options. I know I would not have purchased this piece if Matt had not been so kind and helpful and full of wonderful information. I now have this fantastic piece sitting in my dining room admired by all! Thank you so much Matt for making this first time experience so easy!

Just found this business on the web the other night when I was searching for some specific pieces/patterns of Polish Pottery. I was so happy to find that they had three items I was looking for, and at very reasonable prices! The items arrived today and in great shape. I thought the shipping costs were also very reasonable. I shop onlie often, and pay much higher shipping costs for things that aren't nearly as fragile. They also offer free shipping over $99. Thank you for your wonderful service. The pieces really brightened my day!

I am so happy I found European Splendor online! It is the best place I have found for Vance Kitira candles in the perfect holiday colors. I was delighted to find other wonderful holiday candles, as well other beautiful holiday themed items. My items arrived quickly and were packaged wonderfully. It was like opening a gift!

I love this shop! It is a little oasis of calm and beauty with a wide array of merchandise and prices. I gave my husband one of the leather cooking aprons featured on the website and he loves it! Great for grilling and cooking. They have wonderful gift items large and small — cosmetic bags, tea towels, napkins and napkin rings, yummy soaps, cooking utensils, purses — and the gift wrapping is really pretty. I recommend it to friends all the time. Customer service is top-notch too!
