I want to thank Pam and so many others. The work they do trying to make everyone have a great stay is amazing. I can't say enough good. Don't come here if you want to party and tare it up you'll be thrown out.
Walkability: Lots of paths to walk very well lit. These very nice side walks are everywhere with a lane just for bikes. Bikes and walking is great here.

Elevator did not work...no room service after requested.
I contacted the phone number and left my phone number for the General Manager....no response. Worst treatment of customer yet. Front desk attendant was busy doing other things and not available at least twice during our stay...overpriced for the service experience.

We had our 54th family reunion booked there. The staff was great. The accommodations were incredible. The only downfall was that they were in the process of a renovation.

If I ever have to come to Louisville I will be staying here. Beautiful comfy rooms, every staff member I encountered was helpful and kind. We visited during hurricane Helena and lost power. The staff handled everything perfectly. The breakfast was delicious and drinks at the bar at night were great too. Overall wonderful experience

Had a blast! No issues, kids loved it. Pool was a little over-chlorinated. Good location. Carpet had a shit stain and another spot looked like a animal peed. I went as far to tell them on checkout because I feared they may try to charge me, we had no pets with us. Was off putting but we didn't haggle and just let it go. Room would have been perfect otherwise, smaller than the photos represent but ok.

Really good rooms and the staff was good..only draw back was remodeling..but even with that..nice place to stay...

Nice hotel. Great location. Still some construction in the lobby area but overall the workers were quiet when working. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of selections with made to order choices. Only one main elevator but we could see they were trying to accommodate for this as they opened up a back elevator that normally only housekeeping used. Staff quickly brought up towels upon request one evening. Overall, another good stay at the Embassy!!

My bed was very uncomfortable there was something wrong with the mattress or box springs and two of us had to sleep on the rollaway couch

Nice room, but you could see into the bathroom from the hallway. They had a barn door, kinda weird.

Stayed four nights but was scheduled to stay five nights. We left a little early due to leaving the event we were there for early. Nice hotel. Have stayed here several times before. Nice location. Like the updated rooms. However, there were hairs on one of the comforters of the beds and I had to call for more towels on the second day we were there and for trash to be taken out, and go and get toilet paper another day. The only complete room refresh that was done was the day before we were scheduled to leave. There were 6 of us staying in the same room, so room refresh definitely needed to be done daily.

The room was exceptionally clean as was the pool. When I arrived they were jackhammering the lobby. This stopped by 6pm. The only issue I had was 1 elevator in service and I was on the 6th floor.
Food and drinks: They have a happy hour where you can get a free drink.

Ii adore that this hotel is near a lake and you can walk outdoors under trees. Cheers to staff who do & enjoy their jobs!
Walkability: Walking around and nearby is easy and there are trees so that makes it cozier. There is a lake nearby too!

Checked this past Saturday night. Unbeknownst to us, this is a Pet Friendly hotel. Our room had fleas and my wife is deathly allergic to flea bites. So, we checked in and quickly checked out. They were accommodating. I just don’t understand why they don’t leave SPECIFIC rooms for pets. One of the two elevators was also out. Gotta be smarter when we reserve next time.

We recently stayed here and our stay was amazing and the breakfast was delicious and we will be staying at these branchs of hotels again !!! The lady and the front table when we checked in gave us good suggestions on near by restaurants to try since we’re out of state and she was right about it . It to was amazing !!!! Thanks for the amazing stay
