“I have found it necessary to use this service twice. I'm 70 and haven't successfully navigated the internet as well as I would like. I've messed up my phone so bad I had to have them rescue me and clean up my mess. Both times they did it without charge and we're so courteous, friends and understanding. I get frustrated with my memory capacity since I survived stage 4 metastatic cance I wasn't expected to survive. My memory and brain function hasn't been the same since that experience and that frustrates me.and that was 2007 through 2010. I retired early even though I'd lost half of my IRA in 2008 while receiving 4 moths of extremely strong chemotherapy. These people don't know my history. Yet they never have charged me for straightening out my phone and teaching me about the device

“My son called Andy about his Cetus drone that needed some minor (but detailed) repair. It was the 4th business he had called and was delighted when Andy suggested we bring it in for a look. Upon arrival, Andy took the drone immediately back to his workstation and had the loose wire soldered back where it belonged in under 5 minutes. He refused to accept payment, so I’m looking forward to bringing him more jobs I can pay him for in the future!”
