No pest control for flys despite of work order.Dryer repair is being avoided despite of 10 work orders.Stove & kitchen is very old.Old houses & needs maintenance every now & then.I hope east chase improves on service.

The staff is really rude and unfriendly veryyyy unprofessional. Never recommend this property for anyone all they do is play with your time as they don’t have any time sense. Don’t waste your time & money try to move in here.

Amazing management and maintenance staff. Love this apartment complex. Quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood, close to the I-64. Neighbors are kind and respectful of one another. Living here has been a delight. Maintenance staff is always available to help out, always there with a smile no matter what.
