My husband always has to stop in before we go wine shopping next door. The sales associates are very helpful. The clothing is great quality and he is having a pair of shoes ordered. I love the sandalwood scent as you walk in the door. The store is nice and clean. Great shopping experience.

Thank you, Kyle Wooten, for serving us so well. A pleasure to deal with: friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied, steamed everything for an event I had that night.
Quick story; I was at an event for the weekend and forgot my formal wear bag. I went to this store seeking rescue. Kyle made sure I was fitted well with the proper attire. The dress pants fit perfectly off the rack and the dress shirt felt tailored for me. Closest think I’ve had to bespoke tailoring. It was as comfortable as wearing pajamas while having a sharp formal look the whole weekend. The cost was reasonable even with the Canadian $ exchange.
Thanks to Kyle and DXL, my new favourite men’s store.

We are customers, my husband and I went in a little over a week ago, they ordered in a sport coat for him, it was the last one they had. We told them we were going on vacation so we would get it when we got back, went in today and they sold it. They said they called us multiple time which is not true. They called once when we were on a flight last Thursday. I just want to say that is terrible customer service and the manager just kept talking in circles. We were ready to buy a $200 coat and he had to call customer service and offered us a $10 credit. It’s not about the credit, we want the coat they promised us. Sorry to say I think they lost our business.
