Completely unhelpful. I had many signs to get made but I was basically told no on the first request so I wasn't going to give this guy a dime. I'm guessing unless you tell him you are going to spend a lot he's got better things to do. I'll be ordering online at this point.

The guys at Donahue signs are great!!! They not only took quality time to communicate with me thoroughly to make sure I knew my options of their services but they made sure everything my personal design was doable and within my budget. They did exactly what they said and even more. ? I'm so happy with a job well done and on time. I can't thank these guys enough. Check out the before and after photos of the my pool table they customize for me.

Known the owner basically my whole life, if you want quality signs this is the place for you, there will be long waits due to level of professionalism they show so just be aware that they choose quality over everything and what you ask for will be done, and they won’t stop until you get what you want, like they always say you get what you pay for and there’s no better example than this place every cent spent goes toward giving every person a flawless experience and a flawless design, highly recommend coming here for any and all sign needs

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a call back. I took a day off work drove my truck with my son who's 4 to this place for a estimate. Had my truck looked at by the owner and he said he would get in touch with my estimate. A few days later I call him asking about the estimate he tells me it will take some time he's backed up at the moment. Still haven't heard from them. If I had known I would never have wasted my time waiting around on this place for squat! Would never recommend this place!!!
