A little disheveled but they have the best prices in town. The employees have always been friendly and very helpful. And the $1 aisle is unbeatable!! Most Products in this discount section go quickly and they get new products stocked daily , so I suggest checking it out often.

At 7 PM today, Wednesday, December 20th I had a bad experience with the workers. I was with my sister and my son and we were all speaking in Spanish because it is our first language it is normal. This African-American lady says to the other worker who is a bigger lady by the cash register near the balloons, when they talk all you can hear is a screech and she says America can't have people like us. Then the bigger lady turns to us and starts laughing. I guess they didn't realize we also speak English and understand 100%. That was regarding us speaking Spanish. That is a racist comment and uncalled for. Is this who you guys hire for your community racist workers? My son has autism and can understand English and he should have not heard that comment. We are bilingual all of us and we have every right here because we are citizens of this country. That was very rude and unprofessional on their part. Besides this New Cut location in an area where there are a lot of Hispanics if it bothers them people speaking Spanish, they should move to another site. Actually, they shouldn't even be hired anywhere if you are going to work with the public, you can't be making racist comments. Imagine all the trash they say and some customers can't defend themselves because they don’t understand.

If you've been to a Dollar Tree in Louisville Kentucky expecting it to be open after 8:30, you know what I'm about to say.Dollar tree employees close whenever they feel like it. I rushed to get here in plenty of time. The listing on the net says open till 9:00. I walked up to the door at 8:30. They're closed! It is typical for this district.They need a new district manager because it's not an isolated event. Dollar Tree is a joke, we all know. Get some management that's not afraid of the help!

This particular Dollar Tree was surprisingly well organized, neat, and clean. Aisles were not cluttered, and shelves were mostly well stocked.

I had to give a gift specifically in a color (yellow) everything was very good and I found many things, and when I go to the checkout I see some very beautiful pens and I asked the cashier if they had them in yellow, I called her and she had the headphones on, she didn't pay any attention to me; I tried several times to get her attention and nothing, when it was time to pay I told her to please take off her headphones since I wanted to know if they had that color, the woman didn't even notice She flinched, despite looking me in the eyes as I made signs to her, I had to tell her that Hera was rude and that she shouldn't be wearing headphones when someone needed help, she told me that she wasn't obligated to answer my questions or speak. With me, I asked the manager to come and she told me that it is her, is this woman really in charge of this dollar? A rude woman who could simply answer me with a yes or no? I am very upset that there are people like that treating with the public and on top of that they can't help you and are rude, really that woman only hurt me because her life has to be hell for her to treat the clients who feed her like that. This only means that this place has one less customer and those who were in line to pay were disgusted by the situation since in the parking lot they told me their comments about what happened, but hey, Thank God there are more dollars and more people friendly people who are always willing to help,
