Shows store closes at 9 but it closes at 8 everytime I go.

I was greeted upon entering the store which was a plus. Additionally, there was quite a bit of merchandise still on pallets waiting to be stocked. I don't have to wait in line when checking out but the associate was talking in her blue tooth headphones while checking me out and I thought she was speaking to me.

My phone number hasn't been working and I'm never told about it and I leave paying way too much.
