Shelves in that place are damn near ALWAYS empty. Not sure if they need help or what. The constant bums around there are always a problem too.

Shame on Dollar General for letting this location stay open so woefully understaffed and unsupported. I frequent this location from time to time, and every time I come they seem to be stating they’re closing early — sometimes as early as 3:30pm, when their posted hours on Google currently says they close at 10pm.Today I visited the location at around 7:45pm and they said they were closing at 8pm. I asked the kind associate — who was watching the front door to prevent new customers from coming in while allowing customers already inside to exit the building — what their hours currently were, since they weren’t posted on the front door. She stated the current typical operating hours are from 9am-8pm, every day. I’ve submitted an edit suggestion to Google to try and get the hours changed.Dollar General needs to either get better management at this location or close this location down. What you’re doing to your associates at this location is disgusting and borderline abuse of your employees. They take the hit when people get incredibly upset at the inconsistent operating hours, stock, and cleanliness, and it’s obvious almost no one here gets much training support or any other support to help them run this location.I know Dollar General isn’t known for being anything close to a high-end or “deluxe” experience, but oh my gosh this place needs help. Bless the associates here, curse the management for putting them through the ringer.

The shelves are rarely stocked, and the store rarely stays open passed 3:30 PM because they are understaffed or the staff they do have can't close. I've actually applied to that location twice, so I can only assume they don't want help.

Stores needs help. I understand they can’t help the area they are in , as there are no carts due to people running off with them. Staff is usually ok.

This store set in high risk neighborhood people go in the dollar general steal all time sad can't run business in community serve people area they no security people hang out side on side walk hang out drink beer and sale drugs wish someone take back there community say enough is enough eather need shut down store for good or move in better neighborhood

This location is the absolute worst store I've ever experienced. Unable to even walk down 80% of the aisles due to boxes and product strewn throughout. The only employee talked on her cell phone while checking us out, therefore she only had 1 free hand to scan items. Entrance was cluttered with random people blocking only entrance /exit. Navigate to a different location.

Lovely store with mostly empty shelves, half finished soda bottles lying around, and plenty of boxes to trip on in the aisles.

2022: Unfortunately it is now poorly stocked and has a limited selection. No longer sufficient for the neighborhood.2021: Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the employees. The store is also clean, well stocked and organized. This store is a great option in the Old lou community.

You never know when this place will be open till. Usually closes around 3 pm but the other day it closed at 1 pm. I saw the manager getting ready to get in her car and asked why it was closed and she said an employee walked out on her. My first thought was then why aren't you checking people out? There are boxes everywhere and the shelves are usually empty. Horrible place to shop. Needs new management. Needs corporate to walk in and see this mess.

Came inside to ask if they had a bike rack and before I could even ask, an employee named “John” I’m 100% he gave me a fake name, was very rude to me. I was treated like a criminal. Employees need to be trained on customer service. The store was dirty and VERY disorganized. Walked in to this employee arguing with another customer. I’m surprised this store is still open. EVERYTIME I come I am treated poorly unless you’re white or a male I suggest you go somewhere else.

*☆Do Not Shop Here☆*They do not deserve not even one star.This place has been shot at, robbed, you name it so when you walk in this place they look at treat you like your a suspect or watch you like your there to steal something and this is everytime you go. My female friend brought this to my attention cause they do it to her. We would rather drive walk or crawl to somewhere else then to ever have to go back in there for any reason.
