The place was dirty. The floors were moped with dirty water and streaked thru the whole store. The shelves had very little stock. We won't be back.

There is an awful worker there that harassed a man based completely off his looks and humiliated him with zero remorse. This has been brought to my attention on social media and I think everyone should be aware of the awful woman who works here.

I went into this dollar general because my cousin got hurt cutting a tree down and I needed to get some first aid supplies before he could get stitches. Because time was of the essence, I ran into this dollar general store because it's super close to my house.Went all the way back in to the first aid section and picked up some rubbing alcohol, bandages, etc and was looking for topical antibiotic cream when the speakers decided to deliberately play a very loud audio recording about how I am being monitored for anti-theft. This only played on my isle and I feel they were profiling me.I am not a thief, I paid for my merchandise. I have been in this dollar general maybe 3 times because I hate dollar generals. They undercut America and pay/treat their employees like garbage and exploit people.However, I have to say, deliberately being hostile to your customers is not going to win me over.If you don't want me at your store, I won't go.Please note for the corporate:The cashier was very friendly, which is the only positive that this store has.

Terrible service, I've been there 7 times and it's never open, I call and they always tell me that it's open and when I go there it's a lie, according to Google it works until 10pm, I've been there several hours a day and it doesn't open, it's a shame it's the only one store that is close to me.

This is the worst Dollar General store in the entire city of Louisville and that's really saying something. Avoid this store at all costs. They constantly close early or don't open at all. Once again I came up here at 3:00 in the afternoon only for them to have the doors locked and say they are having some personal issues. Apparently they have personal issues every day. Just close the store permanently. Dollar General and it's business practices are terrible. I will take my business elsewhere

Sign says card only no cash. Got to the door at 9:45 and not open even though sign says open at 8. Might as well close this joke of a store down.

No idea what's going on with this place anymore. I used to pop by fairly regularly since I live down the road. But this week they've been closed in the middle of the day twice. Closed at 5pm one day this week and I just tried to go in at 1:40pm on a Friday and the doors wouldn't open, no sign saying closed or anything.
