At least as far as on line service they are a complete rip-off. Ordered, got an e-m confirming the sale. Never heard from them again. Won't answer e-mail. Telephone is always busy or you can leave a msg and never get a return call.

I had the same experience as other reviewers. Placed an order. Got an email thanking me for order and an order number. Never heard from them again. Trying to report them to the BBB but the business doesn't show up. FRAUD.

Ordered online distillery marketplace.com It was a scam it is now closed online. This is not the same place as the airport. They will take your money and no product will ever be sent. Also I have since cancelled my Cashapp account as Cashapp will not stand behind their customers in a matter of Scams, they say the transaction is legit because cashapp is to lazy to look into anything.

For several weeks I was in and out of SDF on a regular basis. On one particular visit, I came across some New Riff bottles not easily found. I was tickled to bring them to friends in Alaska, and struck up a conversation with Tim. What a delightful and interesting man! On subsequent trips I stopped in to say hi, and was continually amazed at the patience he showed to person after person saying "Do you have any Blanton's?" He's a real asset to the Marketplace.

There is a website with this name which is not associated with the actual store in the airport. DO NOT purchase from them. It is not a legitimate website and will take your money!!!! The website is pretty good and can fool you but the website is housed "across the border" according to the fee added to the order.

Do NOT support this business and their insane pricing for local bourbon. Go to any local liquor store in Louisville and buy there, load up a bag to check in for your flight and you'll save HUNDREDS of dollars! I can understand "Airport pricing" to a certain extent but these people are 100% ripping you off by charging 3x-4x MSRP for bourbon that can be found ANYWHERE in Louisville.Not worth it. Shame on this business.

Very marginal selection and terribly high prices. Not sure why Louisville airport can’t have the same type of great store as in the Lexington airport.

Paid $120 (plus tax) for a $60 bottle of bourbon. Found it in FL where I live. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and its exorbitant prices.

Store says opens at 0800, this is not the case, never opens on time. I have flown through Kentucky a few times and have yet to see this store open.
