Isaiah and Matt were awesome! I brought my Mercedes-Benz E550 because one of my tires blew out. I ordered two new tires and they actually arrived a day early which was fantastic. During the tire installation something happened to my suspension these gentlemen were honest and upfront about and submitted a claim to have Corporate pay for the repair. There is something about doing business with people with integrity! I appreciate you two gentlemen!

Called Discount Tire on Hurstbourne today and spoke with Travis, we had a tire blow on our travel trailer and needed to get tires for it. We called 3 place before calling this store. Unfortunately the tires we needed were sold the yesterday, but Travis didn’t just hang up with me. He found two other locations that had the tires I needed. Thank you so much Travis for taking the time to help us, even when your store wasn’t going to make the sale. In our way from Louisville, KY to Columbus, IN to get new tires.

When in to fix a flat first thing Matt said can’t do it to close to the edge. I see your tires are dry rotten on the ends you need a new set really on a new car where I just got a report all ties were good two weeks before Long story short when to another shop got a patch ! tire fixed Be careful get a second opinion I will never go to Hurstbourne location again

Hello everyone , I have been buying tires from this company since 2009. No one has beat them yet in price. Which by it self is amazing. Which I am sure most of you know already. The important part is the customer service is all so outstanding. This particular store is a great store. The people are awesome , smart , and knowledgeable. For the millions time I make an appointment, get my tires put and go home in less than an hour. I am a loyal customer and always will ( I still check your prices ). Thank you all for being out standing.

This place is the best. I've been going here since they built this location and have never had a bad experience. I've bought two sets of wheels and tires from them for two vehicles. Truck and car. They are friendly and efficient and won't nickel and dime you on small stuff and I've seen them do small services for me and others with no charge. My tires came in early and they offered to move up my appointment by a day. An offer I could not accept though. The communications are great with their emails and texts. You can track your progress via text, so if you want to drift away from the store you'll know about when to head back. As far a pricing, they always have specials and rebates. I received a veterans' discount, a rebate from the manufacturer, and 5 percent off for using my Discount tire card with no interest for 9 months. So over two hundred dollars in savings. Lest you think they just jack up the price of the tire to cover it, they have a price match on their website. Free rotations for the life of the tires and those go smoothly as well. I always feel good when I leave the place.

Awesome first visit to this location! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. They are so in-sync with each other, like a well-oiled machine. I bet they can even finish each other's sentences!
They practice safety and still get the job done quickly.

I have been using discount tires for decades in Colorado. They have always been Great! I recently moved to Louisville, and was happy to see that they have shops out here too. I visited this location today for some tire service. I worked with Matt who went above, and beyond to handle my concerns. Can’t beat discount tires!

My vehicle had a flat tire this morning and my friend got some tire flat and fixed it. He also got a plug kit and plugged it up. He said I would have to go get it patched. I took it to this place and the man told me I would have to get a completely new tire because there was a plug in it. I looked at him like he was crazy and I said you just can't patch it he said no you'll have to get a completely new tire. I called my friend who fixed it and he talked to the guy and told the guy he knew he could fix it that he was just trying to get more money out of me because he has fixed tires before and patched them and so have other places. So I left as the guy was kind of rude. I went to Ken Towery and I told the guy it needed a patch and they fixed it right away with no questions asked. Tires Discounters seems to be scamming people to make more money. Please be careful of what they tell you to do with your vehicle. If I could give zero Stars I would

I’m on a business trip from 2 states away and cringed at the thought of trying to get a leaky tire fixed, I don’t know any tire places in the area. Had places try and screw me over horribly in the past when I had a tire issue while traveling. This is honestly the best, most friendly and professional tire place I’ve ever been to. Quick, easy, reasonable, helpful, on and on. Get your tire work done here!!
