Went there to get my last tire pressure sensor changed and every single employee was polite not only to me but everyone who came in, swift and professional. A little heavy on the up selling but I know how to politely say no so it was fine.

Another great experience at Discount Tire. I had a tire leaking air and they checked it out and found damage in the sidewall so I needed to replace it. Was pleasantly surprised that I had road hazard so that tire was free to replace. I replaced the other front tire and happily paid for it. They also installed new windshield wipers for me which I asked them to do as mine were old. They also got the tire pressure light reset for me. Very friendly and honest and easy to work with.

Came in needing one tire but knew it was responsible to buy 2 to be placed on the rear. They took the two worse tires and put them on the front instead of using the two best tires. It’s giving scam. I usually buy all my tires from here but that’s a complete turn off. Will be going elsewhere and telling all of my patients to avoid this place.

The staff was very helpful. They got me in and out as quick as possible and they didn’t try to upsell me on any product. I got what I wanted and it was fairly priced will be back.

Went to get air in my tire and the employee took something off saying it doesn't supposed to be on there and when I used it it popped off when I was driving. Even tho it was purchased elsewhere, HE broke it and politely told me to take it back where I got it from. SMH?
