Negative stars would be given if possible. Poor customer service by everyone. This is week two of trying to get my son’s order and no response on an update. I have to call every month to place his order then call again to get an update on when it will be ready or delivered because they seem not to understand communication and telling a customer what’s going on. I understand certain items are harder to get right now but still no excuse for avoiding calls and texts of a client with a special needs child. Looking for a new provider now! Been coming here over two years and always issues.

Poor customer service from all ends. Unorganized and will tell you anything to not have to deal with getting someone their order. I’ve had issues the whole time we’ve been coming here for my son’s medical supplies. Manager won’t even give updates it’s always waiting on items. I understand it can be hard to get certain things at the moment or longer wait times, but communication is key and everyone at this location needs a refresher course on just that. Looking for new provider today.

Drove 45 minutes to get here waisting a tank of airbecause the website says they are open till 3:00it is currently 1:00 sign says open all doors are locked.

I have been wearing compression stockings for over 40 years and have lived in various cities. I always try to find the least expensive place to buy Jobs compression socks. I found this place several years ago and they are the least expensive place I have found in Louisville. I by mistake ordered small and I wear mediums. To my surprise they were more than willing for me to try the small on there to make sure they did not fit, then they were more than willing to exchange them for mediums. I would recommend Discount Medical for all of your medical supplies.

Most unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Left me standing at a locked door and still had an hour and half before closing time. Two staff members even walked by the door while I was standing there and never once offered to let me in or offer an explanation of why the doors were locked before closing time. Have also had trouble before with them in the past on ordering items and they never put the order in, and had an attitude when I call to check on the status of my order.

Hello, guys and gals..... I usually Yelp local restaurants. Even thou this is NOT a food establishment. It is a local business. And I always support local. With that being said..... I needed to find a medical supply business. Not only was Discount Medical Supply store very professional. But extremely knowledgeable. Kathleen went the extra mile to answer all my questions. As well as calling my insurance company. If you ever need medical equipment please use Discount Medical Supply...!!

Service men came to my house to repair a lift chair. They arrived wearing masks and gloves. Both were very polite. They had the necessary part on the truck.

Use to love this place, have used for 6 years due to health issues my mother has had but for the last 2 months have been waiting on supplies for my mother. When we call we get the run around or we are getting it together and they never come or have it . Come on now get it together because some people need these supplies for every day life.

Lynn gave above and beyond personal service. Called on Sat after 1:30 (close at 3) needed hospital bed . Lynn and her son delivered and set up complete with sheets and pad in less than two hours. Try getting this from other suppliers in area. They are truly a blessing . Just amazing.
