The items I ordered online were ALL available for in-store pickup.....which was #1 in my book. Didn't have to worry about porch pirates. Pickup was quick, and customer service was excellent.

Today I had the pleasure of working with the ladies at the Chanel cosmetic counter. Everyone knew the products and were very helpful. The lady who did my makeup and suggested different products was very knowledgeable, pleasant and I did not feel pushed into buying something I did not need or want. I also met the store manager who was pleasant and greeted me. In this day and age when true customer service is a thing of the past it was very nice to encounter it at the Chanel counter. They were extremely busy too, but that did not hold up someone helping me. I was acknowledged with smiles and professionalism.

I had not been to Dillard's in so long. Mainly because I have a Macy's credit card so I always end up there. I recently went to find a purse because 3 visits to Macy's in a 3 month period turned up nothing. Dillard's purse selection is so far above and beyond what Macy's has to offer. I was shocked and amazed. Found the perfect purse. Bathroom was digusting though.

Dillards was clean and and the variety of options was great. The customer service was lacking, could not find someone to help me, and once I did, they seemed to have an issue with me asking questions. I was able to find what I was looking for, but not thanks to the help of the representatives. Apart from that, it was an okay experience.

I purchased my best friends favorite perfume HAPPY that came with a gift bag. And she was Happy. Dillard's is a bit to expensive. I understand the location of the store but if they have a bulk shipment bring the prices down. Or have in stores sales if available. Good way to sell the old and bring on the new products.
