Didn’t like the energy people had that was helping in the shoe department. Did not make me feel comfortable to buy shoes. People at the register were nice and welcoming however .

I guess some of the employees fit the name of this store perfectly. Is it a requirement to be incredibly rude to work here? The shoe department workers are a literal waste. Stand in a group, doing nothing, helping no one, offering no help. When asked a question you could tell it was highly disruptive to their standing around. Which I absolutely hated bothering them while they did absolutely nothing.

Johnny/ John in the golf section is absolutely spectacular. He walked my boyfriend through every step of the way, with so much knowledge about the putters, bags, gloves, balls, and irons. We will always come back for him and his knowledge. Excellent customer service and an amazing person, highly recommend him if you looking to purchase anything regarding golf.

I asked store clerks in the shoe department if they had Birkenstock. Three of them grouped together, who were not doing anything but chatting looked at me and quizzically shook their head in a no position. The store indeed did have one pair of Birkenstocks, but I discovered them on my own. Additionally, I had to climb a ladder to find the croc size that I needed on the back wall. no one noticed me doing this. No one offered to help. Someone needs to step up the management to the employees at this facility. Thank you.

Don’t shop here. Because if you come here the manager Andrew will walk away on you and not help in anyway. Then if you ask anyone else for help it’s like talking to a wall. Poor customer service. This isn’t even the first time.

I visited the store and I was very impressed by the service and the products. The store was clean, organized and well-stocked. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I especially want to commend employee Brady, who went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. He was courteous, attentive and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me useful advice. He also offered me a discount. I am very satisfied with my experience and I would highly recommend this store and employee Brady to anyone looking for quality and value.

This is probably one of the last Dick’s sporting goods store around here that I’ve been too! We generally get the kids new basketball shoes and even for our daughter soccer cleats there as well. They have so many selections to choose from their sales aren’t to bad either!

Wow.....the place was trashed. Garage cans over flowing at the entrance. Stuff all over the floor. Empty shelves, pegs everywhere. First time I've been in a couple years. I won't be back.
