Never use this shipping company! They have not delivered a package for 2 days. The delivery driver comes when we are at work. So I have to sign for one stupid package. Most people have jobs during the day. And when someone was home the driver didn’t even knock.

Unfortunately, my first experience with DHL has not been the best after they gave me the option to change the date, I have been waiting all day and made 2 calls, and the only thing they told me was that it was going to be delivered today, but the app tells me that it is not yet for delivery. ???

I sent a package this August 19, 2024, the package arrived at customs in Tijuana and from there it did not go to its destination due to lack of information, according to them, but what they wanted was money. Now my package is coming back and I hope it doesn't get lost. I'll be back to send electronic things through this means, this company works poorly with customs if they know that they are going to request customs because they do not tell those who are going to send... I advise them not to send anything through this means DHL has never called me or to the person who was going to receive the shipment..

I ordered DHl Express so that I could get the order before my vacation. However, my package has been waiting to be picked up from the warehouse by DHL for more than a week. The delivery deadline cannot be met.

I recently had a package to be shipped from Louisville, Ky. to Berlin Germany. It contained my hearing aids to be repaired, so it was very important to me to get the package delivered as soon as possible. When a problem arose with the paperwork, I was contacted by Field Services Agent, Shronda Marshall. Shronda was very professional and polite. She explained the problem to me in clear terms. Then she and I worked together to get the company in Germany to submit amended paperwork. We spent several days exchanging emails with each other and German employees until the problem was fixed. Now my package is on its way and I couldn't be happier with DHL and with Shronda. Thanks so much, Shronda! You're a life saver and you deserve a big raise!! totally satisfied customer, Jerry W.
