I absolutely LOVE this store. My entire house is furnished by Heather's! The owner is very polite and professional. If you're looking for something in particular that you don't see on display, ask for the catalog. But make sure you have plenty of time to look!!

We purchased someLovely furniture for the living room and the man cave for my husband. It was great and beautiful once we put in our home. I purchased a bedroom suit and low and behold the bed broke the minute we laid on it. Mind you we are not heavy at all. So he sends a repair man to fix it and we had not had the furniture two weeks. The guy fixes the bed so he says. The second time we laid on it a month later after the repairs it breaks again. I asked the owner for a new bed and he tells me that he will send someone to fix it. I said no because this is a bed no one is sleeping in and it is not just for decoration. He tells me no warranty on it and he is paying someone to fix it. Like I said it is a brand new bed and it has broken twice and not a person is able to sleep on it because it is in a guest room and will not stay up. I think this is bad business on his part and he should exchange it or give me my money . So I do not agree with the service and it makes me think this is cheap furniture. So no mor business and you future customers may want to watch this business. Complete failure!
