Great! coach was very friendly and helpful, members were all nice, and had a great workout. If your in town I highly recommend stopping in to get in a good workout while traveling.

We are in town for the weekend and decided to do a drop in. The class was very organized and well instructed by Nitzan. She circulated the room the entire class to checkin and make sure everything was accommodating. Would highly recommend
